Leslie Williams - President
Leslie Williams is the region's undisputed leader in the marketing and sales of condominiums and townhomes. Leslie and her teams experience in assisting builder/developers in identifying their target market and consulting with their team to design and build housing that our buyers request is unprecedented. She brings more than 30 years of professional experience in the real estate market to her position as founder, President and CEO of Williams Marketing, Inc.
Leslie is a powerful ally to buyers and developers in the Puget Sound market. She realizes the importance of combining buyer satisfaction with developer results, and has pioneered innovative sales and marketing techniques designed to keep buyer/developer communication strong from the opening of the sales office to the final move-in date.
Leslie began her real estate career in 1977 selling resale Seattle properties, and was later recruited as one of the first agents for a new firm that focused on new construction condominiums but soon expanded into resale housing. In 1981, she ventured out on her own to start Williams Marketing, Inc. so she could focus solely on condominium and townhome developments. Today, many well-known domestic and international developers entrust their developments to Leslie and her full-service team of experienced, energetic staff and consultants.
Extremely active in the community, Leslie has served on the committee for the Olympic Sculpture Park for the Seattle Art Museum, is a past board member of the Intiman Theatre and is active in the Downtown Business Association. She is a member of the Seattle Master Builders Association. She is frequently asked to speak at Seattle-area real estate forums and provide quotes for local and national publications.
Leslie and her husband are passionate world travelers, avid golfers, and enjoy spending time with family and friends

Warren Ballard – Senior Vice President
Warren began his real estate career in 1974 selling new construction properties and became an assistant office manager within two years. In 1977, Warren was one of the founding owners of Kamas Realty, Inc., which quickly became a market leader in the new construction market. Warren operated as the lead for the account management teams for many of their condominium/townhome properties.
Warren sold his interest in Kamas in 1981 to pursue other endeavors. In 1985, he returned to the Seattle real estate market. He specialized in land sales for a Bellevue Real Estate firm for one year and then joined Williams Marketing to lead land acquisition for developers. The company grew quickly and in 1989, Warren was promoted to Vice President. He continues to work with builders and developers as a Developer Representative and team leader. He has over 30 years experience and has been through many different markets. He has the ability to quickly generate new ideas and create a successful marketing and sales program for our buyers.
Warren is an avid fly fisherman and lives with his wife in Bellevue.

Bryon Ziegler - Developer Representative
Bryon has 20 years of project management and award-winning urban planning expertise on development projects and strategies of international caliber. For the past 13 years, he was a principal at Mithun, one of the Northwest's largest and most forward-thinking architecture and design firms. Bryon's experience also includes working at the venerable SWA Group.
He has directed and orchestrated diverse teams on projects including a new faculty and staff housing at Dartmouth College and an ASLA Honor Award winning 100-year vision for urban parks and open spaces in downtown Seattle.
Bryon was one of the nation's first LEED accredited planners, chaired the AIA's comprehensive planning resource group, has been very active in the United Way, and has been a member of the Queen Anne Community Council's executive committee.
Bryon enjoys exploring the Northwest with boots and a fly rod. He also treasures tea parties and is an accomplished bedtime story-teller.

Kimberley Lobet - General Manager As general manager for Williams Marketing, Kimberley is responsible for managing all operations and information systems, directing the company culture and strategic planning, overseeing staff management practices, and managing the day-to-day operations of the business. She enriches the Williams Marketing office with her ability to improve business capacities, enhance customer satisfaction and improve employee engagement and productivity.
Prior to joining Williams Marketing, Kimberley spent 18 years with Adams & Associates, Inc., one of the largest full-service staffing firms in the Pacific Northwest. Having started as an accountant, Kimberley was promoted to serve as Vice President of Finance and Accounting, Vice President of Operations, Chief Operating Officer, and then Division President. Her diverse background with the company allowed her to develop expertise in organization-wide operations and acquire in-depth knowledge of sales and marketing, business processes, financial management, and organizational development.
Kimberley is a graduate of Pepperdine University where she earned a bachelors degree in Accounting, and also earned a JD from Santa Clara University School of Law. She lives with her husband, two sons, and three daughters. Away from work she spends time reading, exploring the outdoors, and enjoying the excitement of raising five children.

Susan Sipe - Director of Marketing With 25 years of experience working in real estate sales and marketing, Susan’s extensive expertise includes sales management and training, leadership, marketing, advertising, management and team building. Susan has been actively involved in the real estate industry since beginning her career in 1981 as the advertising director for one of the largest real estate franchise companies in the state of New York.
Susan left New York in 1986, and moved to Bellevue, WA where she worked as Director of Creative Services for John L. Scott’s in-house ad agency.
Prior to joining Williams Marketing, Susan served as Sales and Marketing Director for Mosaic Homes, a condominium and townhome developer based in Kirkland. Susan has experience providing sales and marketing consulting for various types of real estate communities including Suncadia, a high end resort community in Roslyn, WA.
A dedicated supporter of both the industry and the community, Susan is a past member of the Built Green Steering Committee and the Master Builder’s Association of King County. She is currently a Planning Commissioner for the City of Newcastle.
Susan lives in Newcastle with her husband and two sons. Her favorite pastimes include traveling, gardening, reading, and hiking.

Steve Snider - Associate Developer Representative Steve Snider, a Seattle native and 4th generation real estate professional, has been part of the Williams Marketing team since joining the company in September 2006. As an Associate Developer Representative, Steve works in conjunction with the Vice President, Warren Ballard, to manage the sales and marketing of several of the company’s condominium communities.
Steve’s main responsibilities with Williams Marketing include; maintaining relationships with developer clients, consulting with development teams members, managing his team’s real estate listings, and contributing to the marketing strategy of the properties his team represents. Steve is actively involved in the industry, participating in numerous seminars, courses and conferences throughout the year.
Steve is a graduate of Washington State University where he earned a bachelors degree in Organizational Communications and a minor in Business Administration. In his free time, Steve enjoys spending time outdoors whether it is boating, skiing and spending time at his family cabin on Henry Island in the San Juan Islands.
